We designed Russian Program’s curriculum to help students formulate research questions and to engage in independent scholarly work during their studies at the college. This website is dedicated to promoting undergraduate research by students of the Russian and Post-Soviet Studies Program. Our students conduct oral history interviews, make documentary films, do study abroad research projects during their trips to St. Petersburg (Russia), participate in archival research at the Library of Congress and write Honors Theses. There are several venues where students can publish the finished results of their research, including journals of undergraduate research (such as The Birch or Art in Russia. SRAS Journal of Undergraduate Research) and William and Mary’s Digital Repository at Swem Library. This website is dedicated to documenting and supporting the process of undergraduate research in our program. Мы гордимся нашими студентами и их исследованиями.
